Q: How quickly do I get my commission check?
A: When all paperwork is turned into the office before 12:00 PM checks are given the same day. After 12:00 closing checks will be completely the following day before 12:00.
Q: What do I pay and are there any hidden fees?
A: $108 per month for recurring fees, $.24 per color copy $.04 per black and white copy, if you choose to rent office space price of office space starts at $50, cost of any supplies you purchase. There are NO hidden fees, all costs are itemized on your monthly Associate invoice.
Q: Do I have to get my own Errors & Omissions Insurance?
A: No, your E&O is included in the $108/month re-occurring office bill.
Q: Are there mandatory transaction fees?
A: $25 is assessed to closing checks only after an agent reaches 100% commission.
Q: Do you charge fees for company referrals?
A: No, there are no penalties for accepting company referrals.
Q: Am I required to recommend your vendors?
A: No, we have built relationships with excellent individuals and companies but you are under no obligation to use them.
Q: How long does it take to transfer my license?
A: Once transfer is signed by your current broker-in-charge and our broker-in-charge you only need to bring this to LLR.

A: We officially opened our doors on January 2009 and currently have 54 agents.
Q: Do you allow or encourage Real Estate Teams?
A: Yes. Team building is taught at Keller Williams and team members are added at a reduced cap. Because of our commitment to family, husband and wife teams can join Keller Williams under only one cap.
Q: What do I do next?

2) Attend a brief orientation to better utilize the tools available
3) Meet with Team Leader to create your personal growth plan
